Case Study: Launch Campaign Copy for a CRM Tool (Spec Work)

The best CRM is the one your team actually uses.

That was the north star for this mock campaign for PipelineFlow, a fictional CRM product aimed at mid-sized B2B sales teams frustrated with bloated enterprise tools.

As part of a self-directed spec project, I created launch copy that included:

  • A landing page

  • A welcome email

  • Social media posts

  • A simple product value proposition

This concept allowed me to showcase how I bring product messaging to life — especially for startups and SaaS tools targeting decision-makers in the sales and revenue operations space.


🧩 The Product (Fictional)

Name: PipelineFlow
Target Audience: B2B sales managers, RevOps leads
Problem: Traditional CRMs are either too simple or overwhelmingly complex
Solution: A lean, intelligent CRM that actually helps teams close, not just track

The central idea behind this campaign was that PipelineFlow helps teams sell more, log less. I wanted to tap into the frustration salespeople feel when their CRM becomes a burden rather than a tool.

This spec campaign shows how I combine:
